What is included in a check-out report?
Our inspection records the property’s condition and contents against the original inventory. We document relevant observations with photographs and include meter readings where accessible. The report can help landlords, agents and tenants review the condition recorded at move-in and move-out.
For the fairest record, the original inventory should be available for comparison. Any observations are recorded as seen on the inspection date; questions about responsibility or tenancy terms should be considered by the relevant parties.
