Prices depend on the service, property size, furnishing, location and the work required. Send us the property details and we will confirm a quote, any applicable travel or access charges, and availability before you commit. Agents and property managers can request our current agent rate card.

Inventory, check-in, check-out and mid-term inspection reports are normally returned within 24–48 hours after attendance. Timing can vary with the property and agreed scope. Please tell us about any deadline when enquiring so we can confirm what is achievable before the appointment.

Many clients choose a visit every three to six months, but the right frequency depends on the tenancy, property and management arrangements. We agree a schedule with you and arrange access with the occupier.

A mid-term inspection records the general visible condition, photographic evidence and maintenance concerns reported or observed during the visit. It does not replace specialist safety inspections.

A TPS visual snagging inspection records visible defects, damaged finishes and incomplete work in safely accessible areas, supported by photographs and an action list. The scope and access arrangements are agreed before the visit.

It is not a structural survey, building-control approval or a gas, electrical or fire-safety certificate. Where specialist assessment is needed, we identify the concern and recommend referral.
