Inventory + Check In
Arrange an inventory report and tenant check-in together for the start of a tenancy. This combined service gives landlords and letting agents a record of the property’s condition and contents alongside a documented tenant handover.
The inventory records the condition and contents visible at the inspection, with photographs and meter readings where included in the agreed service. During check-in, we can record the handover and provide property information agreed with you.
